Technical and Policy Support for SEE Action Network

The State Energy Efficiency Action Network (SEE Action) follows on the work of the National Action Plan for Energy Efficiency with more detailed findings for advancing policy support and markets for energy efficiency. EMP staff provides technical and policy support to several SEE Action working groups: Evaluation, Measurement and Verification, Residential Retrofit, Consumer Information & Behavior, Financing Solutions, and Driving Ratepayer-Funded Efficiency through Regulatory Policies.

Examples of EMP support include analysis and recommendations for national EM&V standards for energy efficiency programs, policy options for access to customer data, comprehensive home energy improvements, and using energy efficiency to reduce air pollution.
