Dr. O’Shaughnessy received his Ph.D. in Environment and Resources from the Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He also has an M.P.A. from the LaFollette School of Public Affairs at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a B.S. in Environmental Economics and Policy from Michigan State University.
