Exploring 2025 patterns in transmission value across the U.S. with LBNL's Energy Market Value Tool

Berkeley Lab launched an interactive data visualization tool (https://emp.lbl.gov/energy-market-value-tool-stage-1-transmission-value) designed to help stakeholders explore transmission market value data and analysis from two studies, a study published in Nature Communications and a report supporting the National Transmission Needs Study. This webinar introduces the tool by using it to explore interesting recent trends and patterns in transmission value, with a focus on 2025. Case studies will investigate geographic patterns, seasonal trends, and shifts in expected trade balances. Finally, there is a live demo of the tool and Q&A.
